{"title":"3-25南港軟體工業園區二期桌球室申請使用管理辦法","content":"\u003cp align=\"center\"\u003e\u003cb\u003e南港軟體工業園區二期桌球室申請使用管理辦法\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp align=\"right\"\u003e\u003cb\u003e中華民國104.02.11訂定\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; \u003c/b\u003e\u003cb\u003e為充分運用園區公共空間，同時提供多樣性服務給園區駐戶，將園區桌球室開放部分時段給園區駐戶作為股東會議或參訪使用，特擬定借用辦法以為遵循。\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e一、\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; 開放申請使用時間：週一至週五 上午09：00-18：00,例假日不開放\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e申請使用。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e二、 地點:F棟一樓桌球室。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e三、 服務對象:限本園區二期進駐戶及區分所有權人。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e四、 使用時段：\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e1.分上午(09：00~12：00)及下午(13：00~16：00)兩時段，每次申請\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp; 以三個小時為最小申請單位，如需延長使用時間，則以每一小時為\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp; 延長單位。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e2.申請使用當天僅接受一個單位的申請使用。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e五、 申請程序：\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; 1.於使用日三天前(不含例假日)提書面申請，請參閱本園區公共空間\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; 申請表。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e2.如同一天有兩家以上申請使用，則以最先提出申請者為優先。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e六、 申請條件：僅提供園區進駐戶〈公司〉或區分所有權人之股東大會或\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; 重要貴賓〈外賓〉參訪。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e七、 費用：\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; 1.清潔費用：3,000元/3小時(提供基本配備：長桌*4、椅*40、移動\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; 廣播組*1，以本園區既有設備為準，不接受額外要求)。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; 2.延時費用：1,000元/1小時，最多僅能延長3小時。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; 3.設備增用租費：A.桌：300元/1張。B.椅：100元/1張(必須事先預\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; 估增用數量，不接受臨時要求增加，亦不接受增加後，臨時退還及\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; 要求退費等情況)\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e八、 受理申請單位：南港軟體工業園區二期管理委員會，電:26553093#213。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e九、 其他：本場地使用以園區活動為優先，如申請單位申請日期與園區活\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; 動撞期本會有權否決申請。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e十、注意事項：本會僅提供場域及基本設備使用，且不負保管個人財產及安\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; 全意外等相關責任，申請借用單位須負責該場地之安全意外等相關責\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; 任，如有損壞需負賠償之責。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e十一、本辦法於104年2月11日經管委會決議通過，104年3月1日開始實\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp;施。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e十二、本辦法於公佈日起實施，如有未盡事宜，得另訂定之，經呈報二期管\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; 理委員會審核同意後，再行公告實施。\u003c/p\u003e"}
