month=\"5\" day=\"12\" islunardate=\"False\" isrocdate=\"True\" w:st=\"on\"\u003e民國\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e99\u003c/span\u003e年\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e5\u003c/span\u003e月\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e12\u003c/span\u003e日\u003c/st1:chsdate\u003e廢止，同日公布施行產業創新條例\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e(\u003c/span\u003e以下簡稱產創條例\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e)\u003c/span\u003e，並依產創條例第\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e68\u003c/span\u003e條規定，原促產條例編定之工業用地或工業區，其土地之取得、租售、使用及管理，適用產創條例，故有關本園區內土地或建築物之租購及使用管理，依產創條例及施行細則之相關規定辦理。惟為維護本園區內區分所有權人、承租人及使用人（以下簡稱住戶）之權益及區內各大樓建築物，設備、環境之安全、整潔、寧靜及全區之觀瞻，並配合用戶需要，提供各項服務，在不違反產創條例之相關規定下，依據公寓大廈管理條例（以下簡稱本條例）之精神，並參考其相關規定訂定園區管理規約，規範園區應共同遵守之事項，爰制定本規約。\u003cspan
